Updates

Occasionally, our support team will direct you to this page for specific updates to your Mortware product. Should you require a general program update, please contact us via phone or email. This page only contains specific updates. Contact our support office should you require any assistance.

1. Microsoft Datepicker - DatePicker.exe (1420 KB)
This file is for Mortware 2000 only. Run this file to install Datepicker. This will often fix OLE errors on newly installed computers.

2. Mortware Report Font - Mwrep.ttf (1 KB) This is the font that is used in Mortware reports. If you see C's on your report instead of checkmarks, you require this font. Download this file then copy it to your "C:\Windows\Fonts" folder to install.

3. VNC Viewer - UltraVNC-100-RC18-Setup.exe (1.36 MB) This is a free program that allows you to see what is hapening on our screen. Often times we use this for online demonstrations. Download and run this file as instructed by the demo instructor.

This file is required to edit User Defined Documents in Mortware Professional.

9. Mortware Merge Code Pane - SecDeploy.msi (52 KB)
This file is necessary to use the Mortware Merge Code Pane in Word 2003 and higher. NOTE: Installer runs quickly and will not display any messages.

10. "MwLauncher has stopped working" - rscoree.dll (172 KB)
To Fix: Close your Mortware program. Click and save rscoree.dll to the folder located at "C:\Program Files\Mortware\Mortware Professional\". Choose to overwrite the existing version. Restart Mortware.
