ADMINISTRATION
Jim Roddy [
]
President
The Founder and Managing Operator of Mortware now oversees marketing, sales and human resources for the company.
He works closely with all technical staff to ensure new products are coming to market on a timely basis and all
customers are being served in a professional manner.
Lupita Wapinski [
]
Vice President
As the VP of Mortware for 9 years, Lupita has the most extensive hands on experience
with Mortware Software. She is our leading public relations representative in North and South
America and is fluent in both English and Spanish
Gwen Johnson [
]
Customer Service & Sales
Gwen has been with the company for the past 8 years and helps all customers with their purchases
of additional products or services, follows up on support renewals and spends a great deal of time
generating new leads for the company. She receives inbound calls for information, follows up on
mail outs, activates CDs and sets up Mortware product demonstrations.
MORTWARE TECHNICAL TEAM
Jeff Arnold [
]
Senior Developer
Jeff oversees the development division and is in his 8th year as a Mortware developer. His main
task is creating our new program on a new platform known as Mortware
Professional. This new technology platform is intended to meet the needs of the global death
care community well into the future.
Brian Broerse [
]
Developer
A past graduate of Brock University with a degree in Computer
Science and on his 5th year working at Mortware. Along with Jeff and Mike, he has been assigned
the task of creating a new program on a new platform and he is responsible for implementation of
our new mapping module.
Mike Farr [
]
Developer / Support
A recent graduate of Brock University with
a B.Sc degree in Computer Science. Mike has been helping our Mortware
Professional customers with support and training issues by telephone and modem and implementing changes to government forms.
Andrew Seburn-Cloutier [
]
Developer / Support
A graduate of Niagara College, Andrew, working along side
with the development team, has been helping our customers with support and training issues by
telephone and modem and implementing changes to government forms.
Todd Horton
Support
A graduate of Niagara College,as an experienced support technician Todd eagerly helps our existing customers with support and training issues.
