Jim is the Founder and Managing Director of Belmar & Associates. As CEO of marketing and sales for the company for over 20 years, Jim works closely with all Mortware staff to ensure that all customers are being served in a professional manner and new products are coming to market on a timely basis. This ensures that business operators achieve their full potential.

Ian joined the family business last April as VP of sales for the company. He works closely with Jim to continue building professional relationships; Ian has brought to the Mortware team a valuable blend of sales leadership and resourcefulness that sets the stage for long-term success.

As the VP of Mortware for over 12 years, Lupita has the most extensive hands on experience with Mortware Software. She oversees the everyday operations of the development and support departments and she is our leading public relations representative in North and South America and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Gwen has been with the company for the past 11 years, her many duties include administration, customer service, as well as helping all customers with their purchases of additional products or services, she also follows up on support renewals and spends a great deal of time generating new leads for the company. She receives inbound calls for information, follows up on mail outs, activates CDs and sets up Mortware product demonstrations.

Brian is a past graduate of Brock University with a degree in Computer Science; he is currently in his 9th year with Mortware. As the team leader, he has worked on important projects such as digital mapping and CRM among others. He works closely with the development, support and marketing to maintain, create and implement new features in Mortware Professional.

A Computer Science graduate of Loyalist College, Eric is currently in his 2nd year with the development team. He works closely with the development and support teams to create and implement Mortware Professional government forms and new features.

A past Computer Programming graduate of Niagara College, Andrew is currently in his 6th year with Mortware. Andrew maintains the existing code for Mortware 2000. He also helps our customers with support, product demonstration, training issues, as well as hands-on implementation of changes to government forms for Mortware Professional and Mortware 2000.

A recent Computer Science graduate of Humber College, Tim has recently joined the Mortware family. He works alongside with the development and support teams to create government forms, new features and installations for Mortware Professional.

A past Computer Science graduate of Mohawk College, Cesar is a very experienced technician with over 7 years at Mortware. He also works alongside with the development and marketing departments to help our customers with support, product demonstration and training issues. He also performs hands-on implementation of changes to government forms for Mortware Professional and Mortware 2000. Cesar is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
