Module Details:
Mortware’s versatile QuickBooks Export can either be setup to export customer details and transactions directly to QuickBooks, or export transactions as journal entries and post directly to your general ledger in QuickBooks. The choice is entirely up to you. With Mortware, you are free to utilize either transaction based or journal based accounting in QuickBooks.
For transaction based exports, Mortware automatically adds new customers in the QuickBooks customer center at the time of export and pushes all customer transactions to their account. All transactions are recreated in QuickBooks using items from the QuickBooks items list* Classes, codes or a combination of both can be mapped in Mortware’s Accounting Export Setup menu, along with your existing QuickBooks tax codes.
*QuickBooks Item codes must match Mortware GPL Item codes.
